Steps

Mix the flour,salt, ajwain, kasuri methi and oil properly.

Add water and knead a semi tight dough.

Make small balls from the dough.cover it with wet cloth so as to prevent drying.

Now make a chapati from the ball.
- 5
With the help of cutter or any round lid make puris
- 6
Repeat with the entire dough. Give pricks with the help of fork.
- 7
Deep fry these puris on medium flame
- 8
Once golden brown remove them on absorbent paper.
