Take 2 cup cashews in mixi and blend it to a fine powder

In a large kadai take sugar and water. Stir well and dissolve sugar. Boil it for 5 min on medium flame

Add powder cashews and mix well. Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and smooth paste is formed

Transfer the mixture on greased butter paper. Now fold using a spatula until the mixture thicken and form in to a dough

Place the dough between two butter paper and roll slightly thick.

Apply silver lead and cut into diamond shape. Enjoy your quick kaju katri. You can store it in to air tight container for a month.
