Ingredients

Two cups
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1 tbspoil or ghee and more for frying
  • 1 tspajwain
  • As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a crumbly mix with maida oil and salt.

  2. 2

    Add water and make a normal consistency dough.rest for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Roll out thick chapati and cut out in kaju shapes with a bottle lid.

    Fry in low to medium hot oil till golden brown.
