Dry Roast all the spices and Grind to a fine powder.

Take oil in a bowl add fry spice powder salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Now add besan and make a nice crumbly mix.

Add water lemon juice and make a tight dough.Rest the dough gor 30 min.Cover it with moist muslin cloth.

Pass through sev maker directly in oil and Fry it in low to medium oil till golden.
