My husband and I are gluten, wheat, corn and dairy intollerent between us this is an alternative battered chicken that we can eat without suffering.

A tart made with a fantastic shortcrust using millet flour and almond meal, with no eggs or butter. It's gluten-free and dairy-free, sweetened with coconut sugar, and filled with berry jam and chocolate chips.

Can substitute regular baking mix cup for cup. Also, you can use more chicken or on bone chicken, but may have to adjust cooking times.

Gluten and Dairy free Chicken Noodle Soup!

This is by no means a scientific down to the letter recipe, it's still a work in progress but oh so tasty every time! Adapting traditional recipes to gluten free is still new to us so we play with different ideas until it works. Next time we will probably incorporate an egg or 2 to help bind everything a little better, but this is by far the best tasting dressing I've ever had! If you don't have a gluten issue use regular bread and the same ingredients and you will not be disappointed.

Needed a cheap meal back when I was in school, made this one night and my boyfriend has loved it since, haven't made it in soooo long and found my recipe for it the other day so figured time to break it out :)
