1egg
1eggs (boiled) or as required
2 tbsptomato (chopped)
2 tbspOnion (chopped)
2Green chilli (chopped)
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
2 tbspmilk
Chilli flakes (as required)
Coriander leaves (as required)
1 tbspoil
Ingredient of 2nd method (same as above) Additional ingredients
3,4 tbspcheese mozzarella/ cheddar
Oregano (as required)

Take 1 egg and add onion,tomato....

And black pepper,salt, green chilli and milk,mix well...

Now heat the oil and pour egg mixture,let it cook half,then put boiled egg slices on it.

Sprinkle some coriander, chilli flakes,cover for 5 minute.

In a second way to make Special Omelette repeat the same method, put boil egg slice then add cheese....

Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes...cover it until cheese get melt.
