  • 5.5 ozdark chocolate (52% cocoa) to provide some sweetness, since no sugar is added
  • 4egg whites

  1. 1

    Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

  2. 2

    Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the melted chocolate.

    Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
