Steps

Soak ajwain for about 20 - 30 mins in water. Strain it after 30 mins and keep it aside.

In a mixing bowl, add besan, chili powder, salt, rice flour, and butter.

Add ajwain water and normal water. Mix it well. Knead it to a smooth dough.

Heat oil to deep fry omapodi. Grease omapodi maker with oil and fill it with dough. Press and rotate the omapodi maker on the surface of the oil. Flip it to cook on another side. Then remove it from the oil.

Omapodi is ready to serve. According to our taste, we can increase or decrease the quantity of chili powder and ajwain.
