This curry soba recipe was passed down by my mother and cannot be compared to any restaurant! It is a winner recipe for all.If serving this later, skip Step 6 and add the katakuriko right before eating.Step 8: I recommend garnishing the dish with Japanese leeks (we do not as my husbands cannot eat it). This curry soba and udon dish is perfect for both cold and hot days. Summertime Is Curry Time! Cold Curry Flavored Noodle Dipping Sauce Summertime Is Curry Time! Cold Curry Flavored Noodle Dipping Sauce
It's so hot...curry whets your appetite, but I don't want hot food...so I made this cold sauce.I made the dashi stock with 10 g of bonito flakes to 850 ml of water, but you can use 1 tablespoon of dashi stock granules instead. The flavor will differ depending on the brand of mentsuyu sauce you use, so please adjust it to your taste.Attention: Don't use curry roux blocks, since the fat in them will harden when you chill the sauce. For 5 to 6 generous servings. Recipe by Shampoo hat cookpad.japan -

Stewed Curry Udon Noodles Stewed Curry Udon Noodles
I made curry noodle soup in a clay pot. It's a sister to the stewed miso udon noodles. Please adjust the amount of dashi base according to the size of your clay pot. You can use pork or onions instead of chicken. The egg will be cooked with remaining heat so take the pot from the heat shortly after you cover the pot. You can cook the egg to the doneness of your liking but I like it soft-poached. Recipe by Bananazakuro cookpad.japan -
California Farm Pork Loin Curry Dinner California Farm Pork Loin Curry Dinner
Curry sauce is perfect for both marinading and cooking. All the flavors, and no waste. Just like in restaurants, where they ask you if you want mild, medium or hot curry, this recipe makes mild, medium or hot.The pork tenderloin is marinaded overnight, and sauteed the next day for dinner. The spiciness is from small red thai peppers: one, two or three. You can also use red chili powder: 1/4 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, or 3/4 teaspoon. The marinade is turned into gravy for the meat. Mango chutney is a sweet/sour chutney, which tempers the curry. Great combination. And your dish will always be perfect, because when you taste it before serving, and it is too hot, you add yoghurt to make it milder. And if it is too mild, you add thai peppers.#CA2025 Hobby Horseman -

My curry Indian Style My curry Indian Style
I was really into eating out at Indian restaurants, then I wanted to make a curry myself. I experimented several times to come up with this recipe and it's almost perfect!I put "to taste" for most of the powdered spices. 1 teaspoon is the standard and adjust to your liking. Using the cardamon, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper makes the curry richer, but it still tastes good without them. It will taste even better with bone meat. Recipe by Mizukichi cookpad.japan -
