First we make a dough for paratha take a vessel add wheat flour, salt, carom seeds and oil mix all the things very well

Add water and make semi soft dough

Now grate cauliflower

Add all the spices, red chilli powder, onion Green chilli, salt, dry mango powder, coriander, coriander powder and mix all the spices very well

Now take a small portion of dough and make a small roti stuff the cauliflower stuffing in between and make a ball again

Roll it with rolling pin not too thin and roast it on tawa with butter or ghee

Serve with chutney of your choice or even we can have it as it is.
