Wash and rinse well all vegetables and finely chop it and keep aside

Take a kadhai add oil and butter,heat well.

Then add green capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green chilli,grated carrot, green peas.Saute for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to high heat, then add tomatoes. Cook tomatoes for 2 minutes.

Add salt to taste, black pepper powder, maggi masala powder Mix well.

Then add water and maggi.Let it cook on low to medium flame.

Let all the water get reduced.

Once the maagi is cooked well,add spring onions. Switch off the gas.Add grated 1 cheese cube.(Keep few spring onions for garnishing on top while serving)

Garnish with grated cheese cube.While serving sprinkle basil,all-purpose seasoning, red chilli flakes as per taste
