Goose berries amla halwa
Steps

Boil goose berries and remove seeds from it,then grind to make paste.

In a deep bottom pan boil water and add sugar and mixwell and make a thick syrup.

Add goose berries paste and start mixing with spoon by adding ghee also.

In a bowl, take corn flour add water and mix to form a smooth lump-free slurry and pour it into halwa and mix well. Cook on medium flame stirring continuously. Add fried cashews,almonds and cardamom powder and mix well. Cook the mixture thickness and turns glossy after 5-8 mins.

When ghee comes out switch off the heat and transfer into serving bowl /plate and garnish with dry fruits and serve with cool or hot.
