Pumpkin Pav Bhaji

Take a pressure cooker, add some butter.

Add ginger garlic paste, saute it well.

Add onion saute it well.Onion cook well and saute on the medium flame.

All mixtures change color after that add chopped tomato.

Add all spices.saute it all in the medium flame for 7 min.

Add chopped pumpkin. Mix it well.

Pressure cook for 4 whistle. After 10 mins open the lid,mash all bhaji with electric grinder.

Add chopped coriander leaves.

Roast your pav with butter.
- 10
Serve your pumpkin pav bhaji with pav, lemon slices and onion.
