Pour the juice into the 2qt fermentation vessel and backslop with 7oz. Kombucha. Add the SCOBY and cover with a towel and rubber band.

Start tasting after 7days. When it tastes good, bottle and refrigerate or freeze. Store the Kombucha in 20% sugar syrup.
