Cut out the rim of the bread. I used brown bread. You can use any sandwich bread of your choice.

Using a roll pin roll out the bread slices as show below. Spread some generous amount of jam.

Roll the bread and cover it in a cling film and mold to the roll shape.
- 4
Remove from the cling film and dust with icing sugar or you can haven’t it just as the way it is. Cut into 2” thickness and serve.
