Take a bowl add suji oats mix it add water keep it aside for 5 mins.

After 5 min now mix it well add more water now add salt, chilli and haldi mix it well, now add all veggies like palak, onion, chilli carrot mix well and keep it aside for 5mins.

Grease the pan pour the mixture, spread it all over the Pan, Cook for 5-6 min in medium flame, flip the side again Cook it for 4-5 mins in low to medium flame
