  • As requiredSalt
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • As requiredOil
  • As requiredWater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First take one cooker add all Arab in it and boil it for two to three whistles.

    Remove the all water from the arbi.

    After cooldown of Arabi peel it.

    Now take one pan and oil in it and heat it. Now press the peel Arbi and fried in oil. At the time of frying at salt in it. Now take it out from the pans.

    Now take one another Pan and add half spoon oil in it. And now add Arbi in that pan. Now add all dry ingredients in the pan and mix it well and cover it for for 5 minutes.

    We should also cut Arbi in the different shape and also fried it.

    Now the fried Arbi masala are ready to serve.
