Ingredients

  1. For stuffing--
  2. 1 cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 2 tbspboiled peas
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. 1 teaspoondhaniya jeera powder
  6. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonhaldi powder
  8. 1 tbsp dabeli masala
  9. As RequiredChopped coriander and salt
  10. For coating
  11. 1 tbsp maida
  12. Forgarnish--
  13. as requiredSev and tomato ketchup
  14. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and add Oil, add curry patta in it.

    Add dabeli masala in it.

  3. 3

    Add dhaniya powder, haldi powder and red chilli powder in it.

    Add boiled peas and boiled and mashed potatoes in it and mix it.

    Add salt and chopped coriander as per taste.

    Take Roti and cut into 2 pcs.

  7. 7

    Make cone of this roti and fill this stuffing in it.

    In this way make all cone ready.

    Take maida add some water and make thick slury of it.

    Deep top part of this cone in slury and coat it properly.

    Now deep fry all this cone in oil till it become nice golden On a medium heat.

    And our roti cone is ready to serve.
