  1. 100 gramsmoong sprouted
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1/2 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  4. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as requiredOil
  7. 1/2capsicum chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp.haldi powder
  9. 1/2 tsp. red chillli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp.dhaniya jeera powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a frying pan add oil,Rai, jeera,hing.Now add chopped tomatoes, capsicum and all masala stir add salt.

    Now add sprouted moong saute cook for two minutes.

    Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
