Wash and chop vegetables in chopper. Add salt to idli batter and mix nicely.

In spot idli kadhai, add 1/2 tsp oil to each cavity. Add cumin and mustard seeds. Add chopped veggies and sprouts.

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add idli batter on it. Sprinkle some kaaram podi on it.

Add butter on it. Cover and cook. Turn sides and cook on both sides. Enjoy hot with chutney and podi.
