  • 1 cupoil
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededCoriander

  1. 1

    First wash and peel arbi.and cut the arbi into round slices.

    Now heat 1 cup oil in a pan.

    Fry the chips until it's become light golden brown.

    Now pour the red chilli powder, salt and coriander over the chips..
