Mix the dry ingredients

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients

Knead the mixture into a soft dough but not sticky. Time should be 10 mins

Cover the dough with a dry cloth for 30 minutes

Fold the dough into a bread shape and put in a greased bread tin
- 6
Cover the dough for another 1 hr to double proof

Place in a pre heated oven at 180⁰c and bake for 30 mins until golden brown

Remove from the tin immediately and brush the crust with margarine to prevent the crust from.hardening.

Let it cool and serve with your favorite beverage. For me I let it cool overnight for the next morning breakfast
