2 tsp-rice flour
1 tsp-garam masala
1/2tsp-blackpepper powder
1/2 tsp-Turmeric powder

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and water make a thick batter.

In a pan heat oil and take boiled egg and deep into batter and deep fry until golden brown.

Remove from oil and cut it to two part and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev and serve with ketchup or as you like.
