Steps

Take a pan heat the oil.

Add besan flour and mix it well at low medium flame till the aroma comes and roast it well.

Now add sugar and again mix well. Then add hot milk in batches in a roasted besan and mix it till thickens. Cook it till it starts leaving the pan.

Serve it fast and eat it too warm and garnishing with dry fruits.
