My mom helped me create this recipe. The meal was created for a first date I had planned and wanted a blend between numerous different cultural cooking styles all thrown together for a meal bursting with delicious flavor.

My mom helped me create this recipe. The meal was created for a first date I had planned and wanted a blend between numerous different cultural cooking styles all thrown together for a meal bursting with delicious flavor.

Boil Chicken Breast in water until you can easily pull it apart to create shredded chicken.

Slice mushroom and broccoli. Chop the onion.
- 3
Cover the base of a pan in extra virgin olive oil and toss in the mushrooms, onion and broccoli. Add salt and pepper or any other spices to the pan and begin the sautee process.

Once chicken is cooked pull it apart and add it too the pan with the mushrooms, onion, and broccoli. Begin to cook the rice while the chicke. Absorbs the juices and flavor from the sautee.

Once rice is done cooking it's ready to serve.

Plate prep: scoop desired amount if rice into a bowl and scoop desired amount of Chicken, mushrooms, onion, and broccoli. Pour desired amount of Soy based sauce on top. (Sauce is personal preference). Finally sprinkle rosemary on top of final dish and your ready to serve it.
