Use as a dip for raw vegetables, with seafood or crab cakes, on hamburgers, in sandwiches, with roast lamb, beef or fish, with hard boiled eggs, on roasted vegetables such as brussel sprouts, aubergines etc. It is extremely versatile!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmayonnaise
  2. 1/4 cupfresh cilantro
  3. 1 tablespoonchopped garlic
  4. 1/4 cupolive oil
  5. Juice from 1 lime

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Chill mixture in refrigerator before serving.
