In a pan, heat oil then cook onion in it until golden brown

Now add palak and fry it for 5 min then add potato, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken powder, salt, cumin, ginger garlic paste and cook till the tomato get soft and the oil come surface

Now add soya methi and mix well then add the half cup of water cover and cook till the potato softened and water dries on medium flame

Then add garam masala fresh coriander and mix well

Aloo palak is ready Serve with hot roti.. !
