  • 1 cup: matar
  • 5-6; gajar small cutting
  • 2: Shimla mirch
  • 10-12; green chilles paste
  • 1 tspChili sauce:
  • 1 tspSoya sauce:
  • 1 tspVinegar:
  • 1 tsp:Kali mirach
  • 1 tsp: salt
  • 1 tsp: chicken powder
  • 1 cup: oil

    Sbsy phly chicken ko wash kar ke boil kar ke reeshy bana ke side par rakh lejay

  2. 2

    Ab sb Vegetables ko 1 bar garam Pani bowl howa ho jesy he us mein sb Vegetables add kejay 2 min tak jab vegetable thori soft hojay then strainer mein sb Vegetables nikl ke side par rakh lejay

  3. 3

    Pain mein oil daal ke chicken ke reshay add kejay or sath he chili sauce,soya sauce,or vinegar add kar ke achi trhan mix kejay sath he sb Vegetables bh add krdejay

  4. 4

    Then sb masaly add kejay or sb chezo ko achi trhan mix krlejay 1 bar high flame par bhony then 10 to 15 min slow flame par dam dejay

  5. 5

    End mein boil eggs daal ke serve kejay mazedar chinese vegetable ready ha😍
