First put maida in a basin. Add salt sugar butter oil and mix well

Then add water slowly little by little and knead the mixture well till it turns to a soft dough.

Apply oil to the dough and cover it with a wet cloth. Leave if for at least two to three hours.

Later open the cloth and knead the dough again for a minute. apply some oil over that. Now make small balls to the size you want.

Then spread it like chapati as thin as possible using the rolling pen. Then apply oil on that.then take it up and roll it round like a ring to get layers

When you are done with all the balls like this you can take and again spread it like a chapati. cook in a hot pan with oil. Flip both the sides and it's ready to serve. can have it with chicken curry or plain chalna and mushroom curry as well.
