Steps

Boil it noodles in a pan with salt and little oil.

Keep it in strainer and put cold water over noodles so they will not stick

Cut all vegetables nicely and keep it separately.

In a kadai add oil,carom seeds and one by one all vegetables.

Now add salt,vinegar and noodles and mix it gently.

Our yummy and tasty noodles are ready to eat 😋
