Steps

Heat oil in kadai and add garlic paste and onion. Saute it.

Grate cabbage and carrots. Add salt and squeeze water. Add both turn by turn and saute it. Also add ginger and green chilli paste. Mix well and let burn remaining water.

Knead medium soft dough with oil and water. Keep aside.

When you want to make momos at that time add all 3 sauces

Add vinegar and mix well. If you require salt you can add.

Take small portion from dough and flatten it. Put stuffing and cover it. Give your favourite shape.

Deep fry in hot oil on law flame. Momos are ready...enjoy....
