Choco Wheat Cake

Take a heavy bottomed kadai or cooker and place it on low flame. If you used pressure cooker removed the gasket and the whistle from the lid.

Spread one cup salt evenly on the bottom of the kadai. Place a stand on it.

Cover and let it preheat for ten minutes.

Grease a baking tin with oil and line it with butter paper. If you have not butter paper you can dust it with flour and tap off the excess. Keep aside.

Take a large mixing bowl.

Seive wheat flour, powder sugar choco powder, baking powder and baking soda in it.

Add oil in it. Mix well.

Add milk. Mix well to make a thick batter.

Add almonds, tutti frutti and vanila essence. Mix well.

Transfer this mixture to the greased tin. Tap it twice.

Bake it in kadai for thirty minutes.

After that insert a toothpick and check the cake has cooked completely.

Remove it and let it cool down completely.

Unmould it and peel off the butter paper.

Cut into pieces and serve.
