Keep everything ready. Heat the kadai and dry roast semolina on medium flame till semolina turns into light golden colour and do not brown it. When it changes color and smell comes good off the flame.

After dry roasted semolina cool down. Add then in the mixer grinder and grind it well. It should not be fine powder. You should feel the light crunch in the semolina. When it is ready keep aside.

Then powder the sugar in mixer grinder to a fine powder.

Take a wide vessel then add powdered sugar and dry roasted semolina. Then add almond powder and cardamom powder. Mix everything well.

Heat the ghee in kadai and pour into dry laddu mixture. Mix everything well in spoon.

Sprinkle little milk and mix everything well using hand. Take a small portion of this to your palm and press down well to bind it. You will need to press down each rava Ladoo 30 to 60 seconds.

After all rava Ladoo ready. Cool them completely and store them in air tight container.
