Take flours in mixing bowl, add all masalas, ginger garlic paste, sugar,oil and finely chopped cabbage.

Now add baking soda on top of that sqeeze half lemon and mix well add water as required and make dough.

For steaming preheat in steamer for 5 mins, make cylindrical roundels and steam it for approx 15 to 20 mins.

For Tempering : Take oil in Pan add mustard seeds, sesame, curry leaves and add cut muthiyas and cook till it becomes crisp.Serve with chutney, ketchup, dahi or it taste yumm with hot Masala Tea.
