Add curd in Rava add some salt n oil and keep it aside for 15 mins.

Heat a pan, dry roast semolina on low flame for 5-7 mins.

Add onion, carrot, tomato, ginger, Curry leaves, coriander leaves mix it well.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seed and add to semolina batter.

The consistency of the Rava idli batter should be equal.

It should be neither be thick nor thin.get idli steamer ready for boiling water.

Brush the plate with oil soda to the batter and add batter mix on the idli moudles.

Steam for 15 min take it from stand.

After making idli then mix up with the greavy which we have prepared for the idli.

You can serve with garnishing with coriander leaves.
