250 gmRai/mustard seeds
1 kgOil
100 gm black pepper Powder

Firstly, cut the carrots and ginger and green chillies. Mix 100g pepper,100g turmeric, 250g salt and 250 g Rai in 1kg oil.

Nox mix the carrots, green chillies and ginger in spices mixture. Pickle is ready.
