At first add in a bowl maida or flour, add ½tbsp salt and water and make a soft dough than ½tbsp oil Grease and rest over the dough for 30mints and keep aside. Than cut the all vegetables for stuffing in MOMO

For stuffing In a pan heat the oil than add garlic, ginger, green chilli and saute well. Than add carrot, cabbage and stir fry. Than add spring onion, black pepper, salt and stir fry well.sugar you can add if you like. Than after stuffing well fry than off the flame and keep aside. Than knead the dough again and make small ball size, roll it and MOMO stuffing fill in this very gently.

All stuffing start pleating and seal tightly than place in steamer for steam 10minutes.serve it very tasty with chutney.
