Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 80 gramButter
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 tspcinnamon + 3tbsp sugar (for coating)
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, add milk, butter, sugar and bring to boil on a low heat.

  2. 2

    Add 1 cup flour and stir well to make a dough

  3. 3

    Put the dough in a food processor or hand mixer and add eggs one at a time. Mix well till fully combined.

  4. 4

    Pour out the paste in a piping bag with a nozzle

  5. 5

    Pipe out the paste in oil to fry. Use scissors to cut the edge of the paste.

    Fry till golden brown then coat with cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy..😋
