Steps

Wash and peel carrots.

Chop in small pieces and chop in chopper.

Heat ghee in pan add chopped carrots and cook till soft.

Soak dates in warm milk and grind it in mixer jar,add the milk mixture to cooked carrots and cover it.

When you see it releasing ghee turn off flame add cardmom powder and dry fruits mix well. It's ready to serve.
