Boil warm water then wash smoked fish.

Place in a sufuria then add water to boil for 30min.

After it has boil for 30min fry your onions in another pan till golden brown then add your tomatoes cook until it form a paste then add a little water to boil.

Add your smoked fish to sauce and let it simmer for 15mins before you add your milk and let it boil for sometime.

Serve your meal while still hot with Italian.
