In a kadhai add butter when it start melted add bay leaf and cinnamon stick.saute few seconds then add chopped garlic saute when it turns brown add chopped onion saute 2-3 minutes.then add spinach and mix.cook 4-5 minutes on medium flame.turn off the flame and let's cool it.

Remove the bay leaf and cinnamon stick and put the mixture into grinding jar and add grind it by little water and make a smooth paste

Take a pan add grind paste and add 1/2 cup water cook it on medium flame until a boil comes.then add milk mix well.add salt and pepper powder mix nicely cook for 2 minutes. If the soup looks thick, then add ¼ or ½ cup water and stir and cook for another 2 minutes.turn off the flame.transfer the soup in bowl add cream and serve.
