Oil dal kar onion light brown karein usme garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric or pissa wah dhaniya add karde.

Phir masal bhoon kar usme chicken add karein phir usko achi tarha bhoon kar cut hoe vay shaljam or dahi add karde.

Phir usme water add karke dam par rakh de jab shaljam gaal jae toh isme hara dhaniya add karde.

Mazedar shaljam gosht ban ke tayyar hay.
