Steps

Heat 1 cup water for 3 mins or more till comes to the boil then add salt and maize flour mix. Now cover with a lid and wait for 15 mins then mix some whole wheat flour to adjust the dough.

Now take part from it roll it either using a plastic sheet or on a wooden board with help of dry flour.

Cut it in triangle shape.

Preak with fork.

And fry them in medium flame in batches.

Till golden, crispy and light.

Then take out nachos and sprinkle some peri peri seasoning.and enjoy..:)
