Ingredients

20 mins
3 servings
  • 1 bowl peas
  • 3potatoes
  • 2carrots
  • 6Some cashews
  • as per tasteSalt, black salt,
  • as per taste garam masala, chaat masala, red chilli powder
  • 2 inch pieceCrushed ginger
  • 1chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoonroasted besan or as required for binding

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Pressure cook peas, potato, carrot for 3 whistles with little salt and water

  2. 2

    Once cool, mash them and add all the remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Once the dough is firm, form patties and pan fry using little oil. You can shallow fry as well
