Beef stew meat
Mixed vegetables (frozen or canned)
Onion
green peppers
bay leaves
Canned diced tomatoes
Red cooking wine
Worcestershire sauce
Half a packageonion soup mix
to tasteSalt, pepper, garlic, Accent
2 1/2 cupswater
1 (8 oz)can tomato sauce

2 hrs 30 min

Sauté meat in a skillet with olive oil, transfer to pot, add spices and seasonings. Let cook until meat is tender.

Add vegetables, let simmer 30 more minutes. Enjoy!
