  • Beef stew meat
  • Mixed vegetables (frozen or canned)
  • Onion
  • green peppers
  • bay leaves
  • Canned diced tomatoes
  • Red cooking wine
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Half a packageonion soup mix
  • to tasteSalt, pepper, garlic, Accent
  • 2 1/2 cupswater
  • 1 (8 oz)can tomato sauce

  1. 1

    Sauté meat in a skillet with olive oil, transfer to pot, add spices and seasonings. Let cook until meat is tender.
