Custard cookies
These cookies are mouthwatering, crunchy and delicious
Steps

Mix all dry ingredients together, flour, custard powder, semolina, salt and baking powder in a bowl and set it aside

In a separate bowl cream the butter and sugar, add yellow food coloring
- 3
Add eggs and vanilla and mix until fluffy
- 4
Careful add the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together. Do not over mix it will be crumbly
- 5
Divide the dough into 3 balls and roll the dough as shown below. Wrap the dough with a cling film and refrigerate for about an hour.

After chilling, Cut into pieces or make shapes as shown below

Place on a grease paper on a baking try and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20mins
- 8
Let them cool on a cooling rack.
Serve with a warm cup of tea ☕️
