Cooking Instructions

Mix all the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl: oil, brown and white sugar, egg + egg yolk, vanilla, cranberries and walnuts until it well blended. combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. add the dry mix to the wet and stir just until combined.

Form the dough in to a small balls using tsp and place 5 cm apart on a prepared baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 180c and bake for 7 minutes.

Let cool completely on the baking sheet. store it in airtight container for 4-5 days.

When I first uploaded this recipe I forgot to add cake flour, so I re-wrote it in May, 2012. I also adjusted the amounts of other ingredients and added some small hints.These are not so sweet, so if you prefer a sweeter taste, use up to 100 g of brown sugar.
