Fluffy Bread Rolls

I'm proud to present this recipe! I make these rolls all the time.
I usually use instant yeast for this.
- Keep your eye on the bread and adjust the time and temperature according to your oven.
- Halve the amount of ingredients when making half the amount.
The chocolate variation is our family's standard bread. It's even more delicious to eat on the day after, when the chocolate has hardened again! Recipe by yukanosuke

Steps
- 1
Put all ingredients into the bread machine. Choose the dough setting and switch it on (first rising). I usually let the dough rise in the food processor.
- 2
When it's done, divide into 18 portions (40 g each). Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 3
Roll them into balls. Close the ends securely.
- 4
Let the dough rise (second rising). If your microwave has a dough rising setting, use that for 25 minutes. Let is rise until it's 1.5 times the original size.
- 5
Preheat the oven to 180℃. Use a tea strainer to sift some flour on top. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. If your oven has a bread setting, switch it on "low."
- 6
Variation: Chocolate bread (Just fold in 10 g of chocolate). The three rolls on the right side are chocolate bread.
- 7
When folding in chocolate, make sure the dough is rather thick in the center.
- 8
Because the edges are thinner, the bottom won't be too thick when rolled up into a ball.
- 9
The two on the left-hand size have sausages inside. Check out.

I also tried varying the amount of liquid to 65% to the dough (egg + lukewarm water = 260g). The results were even more fluffy and delicious.
