  • 250 gground beef
  • Soft dough
  • Seasoning

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a soft dough (softer than for chapati)

  2. 2

    Roll out the dough to a thin small circle. Place your cooked ground beef on top, then cover with dough.

  3. 3

    Shallow fry the 'pancake' on both sides

  4. 4

    Serve with tea or stew of choice.
