Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupsfreshly squeezed pomegranate juice
  2. 1/2 tspbutter
  3. 1 boxsure jell fruit pectin
  4. 5 cupssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Pour juice, pectin and butter into 6 qt sauce pot. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in sugar stirring constantly. Continue full boil for 1 minute.

    Remove from heat and skim off foam.

Is this regular or low sugar pectin? Regular is usually a yellow box, low sugar is usually pink.
